Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. For what each plan costs, see pricing. Prices are not repeated here so that they cannot go out of date.

Manage your plan

Open Account and find Plan & usage.
  • Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can change your card, see your invoices and change your plan.
  • Cancel subscription opens the same portal, where you confirm the cancellation.
  • Fix payment appears if your last payment failed. It opens the portal so you can update your card.
You can also use Manage Subscription on the pricing page.

What happens when you cancel

You cancel inside the Stripe portal. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; the portal shows the date. After that your account moves to the Free plan. Your account, your history and your connected mailboxes are kept. If the Free plan allows fewer mailboxes than you have connected, the most recently added ones are switched off. They are not deleted, and they come back if you upgrade again.

What each plan includes

The Week Pass is a single payment for seven days. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you bought an older Pro or Lifetime plan, it includes everything in Professional.

A failed payment

If a payment fails, your Account page shows “Your last payment failed. Update your card to keep your plan.” Choose Fix payment and update your card in the portal.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account also cancels your subscription. See Data and deletion.
