What we keep
- Your account: your email address and sign-in details.
- For each connected mailbox: the access you gave us (a token from Google or Microsoft, or your IMAP password), stored encrypted.
- For each sender we found: name, address, one sample subject line, email counts and dates, and the unsubscribe link.
- Your history: what you unsubscribed from, kept, blocked or deleted, and the outcome of each unsubscribe.
Export your data
Open Account and use the data export. You get your account data as a JSON file and your unsubscribe history as a CSV file.Disconnect a mailbox
Open Account, find the mailbox under Connected mailboxes, choose Disconnect, then Confirm disconnect. What happens:- We delete the stored access to that mailbox. For Gmail, we also tell Google to cancel the access you granted.
- We delete the scan progress saved for that mailbox.
- Your unsubscribe history is kept, so you still have a record of what you unsubscribed from. To remove that as well, delete your account.
Delete your account
Open Account and choose Delete account. You are asked to type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It:- cancels your subscription, if you have one;
- disconnects every mailbox and cancels the Gmail access you granted;
- deletes your account and the data linked to it: scan results, senders found, unsubscribe history, kept senders, blocked senders, schedules and usage records.
